1. Booking & Payments

- A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to secure your session date.
- The remaining balance must be paid on or before the session date.
- Payments can be made via PayPal, Venmo, Cash or Cashapp.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

- Clients may reschedule their session with at least 24 hours notice of your session.
- Cancellations will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

-3. Session Guidelines

- Arrive on time to make the most of your session.
- Outfits, locations, and any special requests should be discussed prior to the session. - Additional time requests may incur extra fees.

-The client will be invoiced for any parking fees.

4. Image Delivery & Editing

- Edited images will be delivered within 3 business days via Pixieset 

- The photographer retains creative control over all edits. Raw (unedited) images will not be provided.

5. Copyright & Usage Rights

- The photographer retains the copyright to all images.
- Clients are granted a personal use license, meaning images can be printed and shared but not sold or used for commercial purposes without permission.
- The photographer may use images for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

6. Liability

- The photographer is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or lost/damaged belongings during the session.

- While every effort is made to ensure high-quality results, the photographer is not liable for circumstances beyond their control (e.g., weather, uncooperative subjects, technical issues).

7. Client Satisfaction

- If you have any concerns about your final images, please reach out within 3 days of delivery. - Minor adjustments may be made upon request.
